Pinstriping on a complete paint set is applied under the clear coat.
It can be applied on top of clear to add to an existing paint job.
In this case it takes a matter of hours to dry to the touch and will be cured with in 1-2 days. You may then wash/wax/polish but do not use high pressure spray washing.
